CIPP in-situ curing method is an underground pipeline repair process in the trenchless industry. It originated in the UK in the 1970s. So far, it is the most widely used trenchless repair technology for underground pipelines in the world.

The in-situ solidification method refers to the trenchless repair of sewage channels. This repair method has little environmental pollution, little impact on traffic, no disturbance to residents, and low carbon. It is the latest Western technology introduced in China. The principle is to make a new pipe inside the original pipe, which has independent structural strength and can independently support external pressure and internal water pressure.

At present, the in-situ curing method is the most commonly used two construction method: one is the water overturning method, and the other is the UV curing method.

As the name suggests, water turnover is to use water pressure to squeeze the material into the pipeline to be repaired to make it close to the inner wall, and then heat the water to solidify the material to form an inner lining.

The UV curing method is to blow high-pressure gas into the material dragged into the pipe in advance to keep it close to the inner wall of the pipe, and then use the UV curing equipment to continuously irradiate the material with UV light to cure it.
