Product Overview
High performance 194mm 3 middle wings concentric casing drilling bit designed for construction applications. This specialized tool works with DHD360 hammer and 194mm outer diameter casing pipes to overcome challenging ground conditions.
Application & Operation
When drilling in soft and loose ground with scattered boulders, soil and clay cave-ins create difficulties withdrawing DTH drilling equipment and reduce drilling speed. The KINGDRILLING 3 middle wings concentric casing drilling bit enables simultaneous drilling and casing installation, preventing soil collapse into the drilled hole.
The system drills hole diameters larger than the casing diameter. Upon reaching required depth, the DTH hammer and Overburden Drill System can be withdrawn. If bedrock is reached and further drilling is needed, simply switch to a conventional DTH bit.
