139mm Concentric Odex Drilling System Recycle Ring Bit
Product Overview
Professional overburden casing ring bit designed for engineering drilling applications. Compatible with DHD340 hammer and 139mm outer diameter casing pipes.
Working Principle
- Assembly: Ring bit and casing shoe are welded to casing before drilling. The assembly locks into pilot bit with hammer engagement.
- Drilling Operation: Hammer's percussive energy transfers through pilot and ring bits to crush rock while advancing casing.
- Retrieval Process: Drill string with pilot bit is retrieved via reverse rotation, leaving ring bit in hole for casing recovery.
- Bedrock Drilling: Continue to desired depth using conventional drilling methods after casing installation.
