Working principle:

The aluminum piston expands greatly when heated, and the piston pin should be installed in the piston pin hole with a certain tightness at room temperature. When installing, the piston should be preheated to about 90℃ in oil or water, then take out the piston, and push into the piston pin hole smoothly with the piston pin (pay attention to the assembly direction).

Maintenance of excavator:

(1) Maintenance above 4000h. Add the check on the water pump every 4000h. Replace the hydraulic oil every 5000h.
