100% Wash and Disinfection 1.)All-round Wash and Disinfection The wash and disinfection way of RD01 adopts internal channel perfusion and vortex soak flush to wash and disinfect internal channel and outside of endoscope.The internal perfusion uses circulating water to continuously wash and disinfect all inner lumens of endoscope to prevent the formation of biofilm. 2.)Internal Channel Booster Pump RD01 has an internal channel booster pump for injecting air, injecting water and appeal interal channel to prevent the formation of biofilm. 3.)External Water Filtration Function There are two external water filter (Filter Precision is 1μm and 0. 45μm) to remove impurities from water and guarantee perfect wash and disinfection effect.
4.)Sterile Water Rinse After disinfection stage, sterile water which is fitrate by 0. 1μm water filter is used to do final rinse, preventing endoscope from second contamination by unclean water. 5.) Dry Function RD01 automatic flexible endoscope washer-disinfector has a dry function for inner lumen of the endoscope. The equipment has two dry modes: air dry and alcohol dry.

Leakage Test Function
Leakage test is carried out firstly in one cycle, after that the water come into sink. The leakage test is continuously carried out in the cycle until the cycle is ended. When the leakage exceeds the leakage limit, visual and audible alarm signals and the cycle automatically terminates. Energy-saving Design
washing sink adopts an energy-saving design with a middle bulge, and the rinsing process uses a vortex soaking flush mode to reduce water consumption and disinfectant usage.
elf-disinfection Function
RD01 automatic flexible endoscope washer-disinfector has self-disinfection function. After the equipment is maintained, repaired or interrupted in the cycle, the self-disinfection cycle, as a separate cycle, should be carried out. The cycle could disinfect washing sink, pipeline including 0.1pm water filter to avoid the washer-disinfector itself become the contamination source.
Perfect Medical Staff Protection
Manual Door, Foot Switch Visual glass door which is manual operated for easy observation internal sink; Mechanical foot switch can easily open the door when holding the endoscope with both hands. It has characteristics of fast open and close door, stable performance and open door when power is off.
Completely Sealing Disinfection The washing sink is completely sealed, and the manual glass door will press the sealing gasket to realize absolute seal, preventing the smell of the disinfectant is released from washing sink and maximizing the protection of operator.
Automatic Injection of chemical Liquid Chemical Liquid, such as enzyme washing detergent, alcohol and disfectant, is automatically injected into washing sink. Operator doesn't need to inject chemical liquid manually
Automatic Sampling Function MSLRD01 automatic flexible endoscope washer-disinfector is equipped with automatic sampling function, which is convenient for users to detect the concentration of disinfectant and protect the safety of operators.
Automatic Injection and Drain of Disinfectant Function RD01 automatic flexible endoscope washer-disinfector has automatic injection of disinfectant function and automatic drain of disinfectant function. When operator want to inject disinfect, just pour disinfectant into washing sink and start disinfectant inject cycle, the disinfectant is automatically collected into disinfectant box. When operator wants to drain disinfectant, just start disinfectant drain cycle, the disinfectant will be drained out automatically.
Cycle Date Print RD01 automatic flexible endoscope washer-disinfector has a built-in printer to print cycle data, easy for record and store.
