1. What is the meaning of error 07?
Error 07 means test chip is blank or no test chip. You should put new test chip into the device.
2. How we inform the device if we test male, female or children?
The device cannot recognize the source of the sample is adult or child sex…only for the sample which the value is more than 175 and less than 115, the interpretation recommendations of the results are based on the reference range.
3. How long we can use if we recharge full energy in one time?
You can use 6 hours, that means you can test more than 200 persons.
4. Can the hemoglobin analyzer connect to printer?
Yes, the hemoglobin analyzer can connect to thermal printer.
5. How to clean inner slot?
