Product Specification:

Product Material: Heat-seal transparent PET/PP film with medical grade paper.Clour-change ink is applicable for steam and EO sterilization. Colour-change is accurate ,clear and no colour fading after sterilization. Width of roll is 75mm-400mm,length is 100m.

Product Application: Products are mainly used for sterilization in hospital,dental clinic, laboratory,medical device & medical consumable factory, beauty salon and tattoo center. Length of roll can be cut into any size as needed. Rolls also can be customized.

Product Feature:

1.Three-independent-seal-line technology ensures explosion-proof property;

2.Excellent bacteria resistance, gas permeability, bacteria barrier and clean opening properties;

3.Transparent PET/PP film with medical grade paper(domestic paper/imported self adhesive dialysis paper: 60G/70G France Arjo paper). Folding film increases interior volume.

5.Clear colour change after STEAM and EO sterilization with the colour-change indicator. Formaldehyde (formalin form) colour-change indicator can be customized.

7.Length of roll can be cut into any size as needed,Simple heat sealing machine can be used for quick and convenient sealing.

8.Shelf life of product itself is 2 years. Aseptic state can be maintained for 180 days after sterilization. Product is suggested to store in clean place where temperature is below 25 ℃, humidity is below 60%.

How to use:

1.Put items to be sterilized into pouches (items length shall be 3/4 of pouches length to ensure enough space for sealing, or pouches may burst ).

2.Sharp instruments should be placed in the opposite direction of peeling direction.

3.Temperature of heat sealing is suggested to be 190℃—240℃,pressure is suggested to be 1kg/cm² —3kg/cm² ,delayed ironing time is suggested to be 3-8s.

Sterilization method 

4.  4.1 Steam

Sterilization time is suggested to be 20-30 mins when steam temperature is 121°C

Sterilization time is suggested to be 4 mins when steam temperature is 132°C.

The volume of items to be sterilized shall be 5% - 80% of the volume of the sterilization cabinet.

4.2.EO:

1.Sterilization time shall be 6 hours when EO concentration is 800~1000mg/L, relative temperature is 55°C~60°C and relative humidity is 60%~80%. Sterilization time is suggested to be 6 hours.

2.It means items are sterilized if indicator changes colour after sterilization(indicator changes into brownish black after steam sterilization, indicator changes into yellow after EO sterilization).

3.The heat-seal sterilization pouch can not be sterilized under 140℃ dry heat sterilization.

 Product is suggested to store in dry and clean place,protected from light. Gently tear open the pouch to take out the sterilized items.

[Attentions ]

1.Pouches shall be destroyed after using since they are disposable medical supplies.

2. Check the integrity of the pouch before sterilization, damaged pouch mustn't be used.

3. Shelf life of product itself is 2 years under normal atmospheric temperature. Aseptic state can be maintained for 6 months after sterilization.

4.Colour change of ink indicator only means pouches are sterilized which does not means items are bacteria-free.
