1.1 Intended use
Based on the principle of fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction, this product is used together with matching
detection reagents. It is clinically used for qualitative and quantitative detection of analytes in nucleic acid samples (DNA/RNA) derived from human bodies, including pathogens and human genetic items.
1.2 The principle of product work
According to the set operating parameters, Rapid RT-PCR System provides the required temperature environment for RNA reverse recording, denaturation, annealing, extension cycle amplification and melting through the temperature control module. It collects the fluorescence signal generated by the amplification module in real time and analyzes the data with application software for amplification and analysis of specific target genes or nucleic acid sequences in the samples.
