Vacuum plodder as the most important machine in the soap production line. A vacuum plodder grinding, refining,pressing soap noodles and other additives to obtain soap bar.

The purpose of the refining process is to produce a homogeneous and uniform soap, eliminating drying points that are difficult to soluble. Finally, the refined shavings are compacted and extruded through a nose cone (tapered head) free of air to obtain a soap bar.

After mixing and refining soap noodles and other additivies from our first layer screw and then the second screw.Where in the vacuum space extruded the bar soap which smooth and fine,not easy breaken.And use different shape extrude mouth can make different shape soaps.
