The XDA-120 type toilet soap stamping machine is used to cut the soap bar into pieces while stamping the logo onto the soap cakes through a printing mold continuously. This stamping machine can produce round, oval, quadrate or other shapes of soaps with different logo. 

Matched with refrigerator and refrigerating moulds (temperature kept to be -15℃ to -20℃), soap piece can fall down easier and faster from the mould and have a smooth appearance to show a good looking.
 

 
Characteristics:
 
1.The unique design of Crank-Link mechanism & Linear guide slide reduces the stamping vibration and noise, prolongs the lifespan and improves production efficiency;
 
2.Soap mould is precision machined from forged copper material, which is anti-worn with an more smooth appearance, clearer logo and longer lifespan;
 
3.Inter-layer of the mould is filled by chilling agent, which is connected with the refrigerator (-15℃~-20℃), so after stamping, the de-mould would be easy and fast, soap can have a smooth appearance after demolding;
 
4.Mould change is convenient, which ensures the same machine can produce various kinds of soap with different shape, logo, size and weight.
