500kg Stainless steel 304 material toilet Soap Production line

This is a complete toilet soap production line with soap noodle as material.

Capacity is around 500kg per hour.

Contact parts of machine are made from stainless steel 304.

The end products could be different quality of toilet and hotel soaps with fatty acid content 60%~80%.

Production process

Soap soap production process consists of two main steps.

The first step is to use animal and plant oils and caustic soda solution (sodium hydroxide) as raw materials, through the saponification reaction and vacuum drying system to produce semi-finished soap particles.

The second step is through the molding equipment, the semi-finished soap particles processed into soap products.

• We would offer for our customer the one-stop technique service, including product line design, warehouse layout, production formula, operation manual, and we would guide the machine installation, commissioning and staff training, till the customer’s own staff can operate our machine well and produce out the satisfied end soaps.

• Packaging & Delivery

  Payment:

  40% deposit by T/T. When production finished, the buyer may send engineer to our company to test the machines and make the trial-product. Then buyer would pay the 60% balance by T/T before machines leaving the factory.

   

  Delivery:

  Our machines are all be wrapped PE film or bubble film then packed in wooden cases finally put in containers.

  We adhere to QC management strictly control product quality process,each machine is need to undergo serveral running test before loading to ensure that machines arrived at customer's factory can operate well normally.
