2000-2500kg Laundry Bar Soap Finishing Production Line
This is a complete laundry bar soap production line with soap noodle as material.
The end products could be different quality of laundry bar soap and multi-purpose soap with fatty acid content 40%~70%. Capacity range is 2000~2500kg/h.
The whole production process is continuous and fully automatic, including mixing, grinding, vacuum plodding and soap printing & cutting.
The cutting machine have two models: one is simple rotary cutter without motor and the other is advanced electronic cutter with two servo motors and YASKAWA control system.
