For the soap production, normally it has two steps, first step is to use all kinds of vegetable oil & animal fats and caustic soda (NaOH)as material to produce the semi product soap noodles and the second process is to use thus soap noodles as material to produce out end bar soaps.

In these two production lines, we have our own unique design and patented technology, especially the production line starting from oil saponification. Using vacuum drying and continuous molding processes, we can produce various specifications of semi-finished soap noodle and soap products with a fatty acid content of 45% to 80%.

Function

This machine adopt a simple but professional mechanical design. The logo wheel would be driven by the continuous extruding soap bar and print the logos onto the soap surface, and then the cutting wheel would cut the long bar into end soaps with required size and weight.

Characteristics

The mechanical design gives the machine many advantages, such as no energy consumption, stable performance, easy maintenance and long life-span;

The distance between the two pieces of printing wheel is adjustable, which ensures the logo would be printed clear and exquisite no matter the soap thickness is bigger or smaller.
