Platform & Handrail
All our duplex plodders/refiners are supplied with working platforms and handrails to be able to do a visual check to soap production.
Working Principle
The aim of refining process is to produce a homogeneous and uniform soap. eliminating dry points which are difficult to soluble. Finally. the refined shavings are compacted and extruded free of air through the nose cone (conical head), getting the soap bar.
