We offer the complete laundry soap line to customers who produce soaps starting from oil.

Main Material: 1. Vegetable oils or animal fats, such as palm oil, cotton seed oil, palm kernel oil, coconut oil, tallow oil, etc;

Caustic soda (NaOH)

Basic production process:

Oil melting & mixing (based on formula requirements)→ Saponification (no waste-water discharge)→Vacuum drying &Pelletizing (produce out soap noodles)→ Soap finishing line (produce out end bar soaps)

Product Description

This line is a soap complete line start from oil and caustic soda;

oil saponification,vacuum drying pelletizing soap noodle to soap finishing line, its production process as follow:

1. Melting & mixing all kinds of oil;

2.Oils & caustic soda do saponifying;

3.Vacuum drying & pelletizing soap noodles;

4.Finishing line: Mixing →Grinding →Vacuum Extruding→Stamping/Cutting →Packaging machine

For the soap industry there have 2 steps as following:

Semi-product: soap noodles

Use all vegetables oil or animal fats and caustic soda as material to produce semi product soap noodles

End bar soap: laundry soap

Use this semi-product soap noodle to produce out end bar soap. It can be laundry bar soap,toilet bar soap.

Saponification & Neutralization Cauldron

Saponification between oil and caustic soda;

Neutralization between fatty acid and caustic soda.

Having Adopted undrained saponification,short reaction time,simple operation and less consumption of steam and water.

Crutcher sponification is a simple and economical choice.

1.Material: stainless steel 304, carbon steel;

3.Structural features: built-in stirring device;

4.Power: frequency conversion motor.
