Brief Introduction:
This vacuum emulsifier mixer is manufactured under very high quality standards, Because it can be used not only in the field of cosmetics, but also in the production of pharmaceuticals, such as ointments, skin repair gels, intimate gels, and scald creams.
The whole machine consists of 3 tanks: Main Tank (for final production) + Oil tank + Water tank.
The design of the oil tank and the water tank are exactly the same, only the volume is different.
In the middle of the machine is the control electric box, and customers can choose button control or PLC&touch screen control.

Oil Tank and Water Tank:
Usually, the water tank has the same volume as the main tank, and the oil tank has half the volume of the main tank.
Oil tank and water tank have the same function.
Both the oil tank and the water tank are made of three-layer stainless steel, and the heating function is carried out in the jacket.
Although the purpose of these two tanks is to pretreat raw materials, the material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel.
The motor is installed on the top of the tank, and the motor drives the dispersing disc to mix at a high speed, the speed reaches 1440 r.p.m, which can fully mix the oil phase raw materials and ensure that the heating is uniform.
