Product Features:
1. The material of contacted part is SUS316L stainless steel, inside and outside of the equipment are with mirror polishing and get to GMP standard.
2. All pipelines and parameter are controlled automatically if needed. Electronics are imported from foreign country, like Siemens ,Schneider, ABB etc.
3. Emulsifying tank is with CIP cleaning system, it makes the cleaning easier and more effective.
4.Emulsifying tank adopts tertiary agitating system, during emulsification procedure, the whole processing is under vacuum environment, so it not only can eliminate spume which created in the emulsification processing, but also can avoid the unnecessary pollution.
5. The homogenizer adopts the most advanced technology similar with German IKA, it can get an ideal emulsifying effect.The speed of emulsifier is 0-3600 r/min, and the speed of low mixing is 0-65 r/min.
1. The SUS316L paddle mix anticlockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.
2. Teflon Scraper, Scraping the wall during mixing to reduce the sticking of materials to the tank.
3. The stirring paddle of the emulsifying mixer is hygienically polished, with no dead corner welding and no material residue.
