Brief Introduction:
The Skin Care Manufacturing Homogenizer Emulsifier Mixer Hair Conditioner Machine is a mixing group that we made for a new cosmetic / skin care plant.
The factory orders 5 tanks in total, 3 Homogenizer Mixer and 2 Vacuum Mixer.
Both designs have Mixing, Homogenizer, Heating & Cooling System, the only different is Vacuum System.
Vacuum system is usually using for making viscous material and easy foaming products, it can remove bubbles by negative pressure. So the 2 vacuum mixer will be making cream, lotion, and sometimes shampoo, and the 3 homogenizer mixer will be mainly using for shampoo, liquid soap, sanitizer, hair conditioner, etc.
However, this machine can also be using for other industries, such as cosmetic, daily chemical, and other liquid/paste form material, the customization of making different products are available.
The machine is made of SUS316L for material contact parts that meets GMP standard, it is very popular and productive for above industries.
The machine can be customized with different functions, such as stirring, homogenizing, heating & cooling, vacuum system, lifting system, etc. Usually we will customize the machine according to the products and capacity that clients want to make, to make sure the machine design can perfectly meet their requirements with reasonable and cost effective price.

- Daily Chemical: Liquid soap, shampoo, hand sanitizer, liquid detergent, fabric softener, etc.
- Skin & Hair Care: Body lotion, facial cream, sunscree cream, serum, hair dye, hair conditioner, etc.
- Pharmaceutical: Ointment, erythromycin eye ointment, Compound Dexamethasone Acetate, etc.

Service:

Warranty: One year since the date of installation. If there is any wearing parts be within the warranty and isn’t caused by un-proper operation, Lianhe will offer new parts for free.

Inspection: Buyer could visit our factory for site inspection, we could also send some machine testing videos to buyer if buyer couldn't come.

Machine Installation or Fixing: On site installation is available, Lianhe can send 1-2 technicians to buyer's factory for installation, testing and training. We can also provide online installation guidance instead, and provide you some 3D videos, instruction videos if buyer prefer installing by themselves.
