Brief Introduction:

This 3000L Mayonnaise Homogenizer Emulsifier Mixer Cold Process With Circulating Pump is made for a food factory to manufacture mayonnaise / cheese. The machine is designed with an agitator that can mix from 0 to 65RPM adjusted speed, mixing paddle has Teflon wall scraper to avoid residual. Also, the machine adopted with high shear homogenizer that can be adjusted from 0 to 3600RPM, it can cut and merge material with different density, such as water and oil. And a circulating system to circulate the material from bottom to top, this way can make sure products mixed and homogenized more even.

However, this machine can also be using for other industries, such as cosmetic, daily chemical, and other liquid/paste form material, the customization of making different products are available.

The machine is made of SUS316L for material contact parts that meets GMP standard, it is very popular and productive for above industries.
