Three pull lay gauge rectify design with front and side lay gauges for convenient adjustment according to needle position direction. Servo motor controlled push lay gauge significantly improves stamping accuracy to within ±0.10mm.
Hydraulic pressure system controls platform movement, pressurization and pressure maintenance, delivering higher pressure with exceptional stability. Requires minimal maintenance with hydraulic oil filter/replacement only needed every 3-5 years.
Japan PAN PLC computer automatic control system for precise detection and operation. Features SCHNEIDER contactors, relays, and air switches with OMRON photoelectric switches for reliable electrical performance.
