Operation Guidelines
  • Requires minimum 5p air compressor with adequate pipe connections
  • Ensure 8kg air pressure with 8*12mm pipes (max 15 meters)
  • Activate sliding switch and adjust pressure valve to maximum
  • Lubricate air motor with special pneumatic tool oil or white mineral oil
  • Stack cardboard neatly with flat edges for optimal stripping
  • Maintain minimum 5mm waste corner for proper breakpoint creation
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Weekly Maintenance
  • One-week run-in period required for optimal performance
  • Apply chain oil every half day during initial operation
  • Add 3-4 drops of pneumatic tool oil before each use
  • Idle machine for 2-3 seconds after lubrication
Common Issues & Solutions
  • Non-rotation: Check air pressure, clean rust, inspect chain/gear alignment
  • Weak performance: Verify air pressure, check sliding switch, replace worn blades
  • Paper jams: Remove air source, apply chain oil, manually rotate chain
  • Chain wear: Replace when unable to catch paper effectively
