This heavy-duty 380-ton die cutting and creasing machine features advanced computer programming for precise sample cutting operations. Designed for industrial packaging and printing applications, it delivers reliable performance with comprehensive automation capabilities.
Machine Overview
The TYMB-1300 consists of motor seat, pressing frame, electromagnetic clutch transmission, and electrical control components. The motor, positioned at the rear right side, drives through V-belt reduction to operate the flywheel. The electromagnetic clutch controls shaft engagement for precise operation or braking. After drive shaft activation, the reduction gear system transmits power to crank shafts at both ends, enabling connecting rods to drive the reciprocating rocking motion of the swing frame for complete creasing tasks.
