| Application | Graphite MIEN75 is used as an immerse product (dip-product) applied with the foundry of brass after the techniques of manual, mechanical and low pressure. Suitable for heated metal molds. |
| Treatment | ◆ Graphite MIEN75 is mixed in distilled water or deionization water in the proportion of 1:10 and is at once ready for use. ◆ The proportion can be changed according to the weight and thickness of the sides. ◆ Graphite MS can in special cases be added to graphite MIEN75. Thus the covering power and sliding ability can be improved. ◆ Clean the die before using MIEN75; use cotton cloth, brush, spray gun, etc to smear or spray the mixed MIEN75 on the die. ◆ Heat the mold to at least 120℃ before using MIEN75. ◆ It is recommendable to keep the whole liquid in motion by appropriate device (stirring apparatus). |

A:Quality is priority. My company always attaches great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T is the most usual ways we are using.
Q: How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
