What's bonded fabric?

Bonded fabrics are made of two or more already-constructed fabrics held together by wet adhesives or thin polyurethane foam. Wet bond- ing adhesives aid in preserving the original hand and drape of fabrics. Foam bonding adds body, shape retention and thermal qualities where needed in fabrics.

What is the uses of bonded fabric?

Bonded fabrics are used for disposable products such as clothes, medical masks, and table linen. They are also used for interfacings for stiffening and strengthening clothing and dressmaking (e.g. Vilene).

We can bonded two kinds of fabric as yourrequirement, regularly bonded fur kinds and PU/suede.

Finished product width 133cm CW for bonded PU, 142cm CW for bonded suede.

It can meet test US and EU physical and chemical standard, also some swatches are with different compositions which will have a better look.
