Understanding High Voltage BMS
High Voltage BMS technology enables the connection of multiple cells in configurations ranging from 8 to 24 strings to form basic battery modules. These modules can be connected in series to create battery racks, which can then be paralleled to form battery stacks and larger battery banks for scalable energy storage solutions.
GCE Advanced Solution
GCE offers a sophisticated 3-level BMS architecture that provides the perfect solution for connecting basic battery modules in series and parallel configurations, supporting systems from 100kWh to 1GWh or more.
System Components
12S-24S BMU (Slave Unit)
Features 8 temperature sensors, 48V fan voltage (12V for 17S-24S), voltage detection range 0-5V, 12V power supply, consumption less than 20mA, and CAN2.0 B communication protocol.
Signal Acquisition Wire Harness
18 Pin + 20Pin wire with standard lengths of 600mm, 900mm, and 1200mm. Temperature sensor wires available in 600mm, 900mm, and 1200mm lengths. Fan wire: 600mm standard length.
Communication Wire Harness
Connects from master BMS to each BMU with cascade connection, with the last port designated for terminal resistance.
