Our RBMS07-S20-250A512V 4U high-voltage rack BMS adopts a mature three-layer BMU+RBMS+SBMS master-slave distributed architecture, perfectly matching 16-series lithium modules to build a full 160S 512V 250A energy storage system. Compatible with LiFePO4, NCM, and LTO lithium cells, this industrial-grade battery management system serves multiple energy scenarios including large-scale commercial ESS, household energy storage, off-grid solar power stations, carport solar systems, microgrids and industrial UPS backup power.
The complete HV BMS kit contains 1 main master unit + 10 slave BMUs plus matched sampling harnesses; an extra SBMS master cluster controller is supplied for multi-cabinet parallel expansion to realize cross-rack unified communication and coordinated operation. Built per our official 4U two/three-wire RBMS specification V2.0, all hardware uses industrial-grade components with CE & RoHS certification for global energy projects.
Full standard package for 160S 512V 250A energy storage system:
- 1 x RBMS07-S20-250A512V 4U Master Rack BMS (2-wire standard, 4U 19-inch rack mounting, front wiring design)
- 10 x BMU07-16S8T48F Slave Module Monitoring Unit (each with 8 built-in temperature sensors, 48V fan power supply)
- 10 x sets of dedicated cell sampling wire harness (600/900/1200mm customizable lengths for voltage & temperature signal collection)
- Cascaded CAN communication cables for master-slave BMU interconnection, equipped with 120Ω terminal matching resistors
Optional accessory: SBMS cluster master controller, required when parallel connecting over 2 sets of battery racks to achieve cross-rack data synchronization and group control.

Each BMU07-16S8T48F slave monitoring unit matches one 16-string lithium pack:

- 48V cooling fan power interface for battery modules (17~24S models adopt 12V fan output)
- Cascaded CAN communication for seamless data upload to the main RBMS master
- Cell voltage & temperature sampling harness: 600/900/1200mm optional, multi-core shielded wire
- BMU cascaded communication cables, matched 120Ω terminal resistors for long-distance anti-interference
