GCE 09 System Integrated BMS for High Voltage Energy Storage

The GCE 09 System Integrated BMS is an integrated battery management system designed for high-voltage energy storage applications. It combines battery monitoring, passive balancing, protection, communication and display functions into one integrated system, helping simplify BMS installation and system integration.

The BMS supports a 120–350VDC system operating range and is available with 50A or 100A rated current options according to project requirements. It is designed for high-voltage battery systems using LiFePO4 or NCM battery cells, providing reliable monitoring and management for energy storage battery packs.

For battery balancing, the system uses passive balancing with a balancing current of 100mA ±10mA when the single-cell voltage reaches 3.40V. The cell voltage sampling accuracy is ±20mV, supporting accurate battery status monitoring and helping maintain cell voltage consistency.

The integrated BMS provides multiple communication interfaces, including 1-channel CAN, 1-channel RS485 and 1-channel TCP/IP. CAN and RS485 can communicate with PCS/UPS systems, while TCP/IP supports communication with PC monitoring software. The system also provides 2 dry-contact channels for charge and discharge control and 1-channel 24V/0.5A fan control.

For visual monitoring, the standard system includes 6 LED indicators, covering fault, operation and SOC indications. Optional 3.5-inch, 4-inch and 7-inch HMI displays are available for different system requirements.

Safety protection is also integrated into the system. The BMS supports 6kA short-circuit protection for 20ms, with optional circuit breaker and fuse protection. The maximum transient overload capacity is 70A/10s for the 50A system and 150A/10s for the 100A system.

With its integrated design, flexible communication interfaces and configurable current options, the GCE 09 System Integrated BMS is suitable for energy storage systems, battery cabinets, solar energy storage and other high-voltage battery applications.
