A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: 5-7 days for Sample preparing ,45-60 working days for mass production.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: First of all, our products have strict quality monitoring and control, the unqualified rate is less than 0.1%. Secondly, during the warranty period, we will replace new lights

with new orders in small quantities. For the unqualified batches of products, we will re-send them to you after repair, or discuss solutions including recall according to the actual situation.
