Several groups of diaphragms (stainless steel sheet) are connected with the two half couplings alternately with bolts. Each group of diaphragms is formed by overlapping several pieces. The diaphragms are divided into connecting rod type and whole pieces with different shapes. The diaphragm coupling compensates the relative displacement of the two connected shafts by the elastic deformation of the diaphragm. It is a high-performance metal strong element flexible coupling without lubricating oil. It has compact structure, high strength, long service life, no rotation clearance, and is not affected by temperature and oil pollution. It has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance and anti-corrosion. It is suitable for shaft transmission in high temperature, high speed and corrosive medium working conditions
