Product Introduction

Steel ball torque limiter (torque limiter) features: precision automatic reset steel ball torque limiter, built-in precision ball mechanism, which can disengage the active and passive transmission at the moment of overload. The reaction time is 0.001-0.003 seconds. It has many installation forms, such as shaft sprocket, shaft shaft, shaft flange, shaft synchronous pulley, shaft V-shaped pulley, shaft gear and so on. The setting value of disengagement torque can be adjusted steplessly within a certain range through the dial. The limit switch or sensor can output 24V DC electric signal at the moment of overload, which can be used to start the alarm device (such as electric bell and indicator light), and can also be used to turn off the driver instantly. With extremely long service life, it can withstand countless overload disengagement actions.

Working principle of steel ball torque limiter: the critical torque is controlled by precision spring, which can achieve very accurate torque value. For products with the same overall size, different built-in springs can be replaced to determine different slip torque. It is used for the installation of shaft at one end and wheel at the other end. After eliminating overload, the reset mode is 360 degree reset in one circle. It can be connected with limit switch externally, and output electrical signal when overload.
