Description Of Cisco SFP-10G-BX100U Compatible Transceiver
This Cisco SFP-10G-BX100U compatible transceiver is designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet links up to an ultra-long distance of 100km over Single Mode fiber.
This SFP-10G-BX100U transceiver consists of a high performance class 1 laser safety 1490nm cooled EML and a high sensitivity 1550nm APD Photo-diode integrated with a TIA.
This SFP-10G-BX100U l transceiver module is fully compliant with SFF-8431, SFF-8432 and the IEEE 802.3ae standard. Digital diagnostic functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface(DDMI), as specified in SFF-8472, which provides real-time monitoring of the transceiver temperature, laser bias current, optical power, received optical power and transceiver supply voltage.
Featuring low power consumption and high speed, this 10G SFP+ transceiver is ideal for 10G Ethernet, etc.
