This Cisco GLC-ZX-SM-160 compatible fiber transceiver is a high-performance and cost-effective small form-factor pluggable transceiver, suitable for a max of 160km 1000BASE-ZX160 Gigabit Ethernet and 1G Fiber Channel application. This Cisco compatible SFP fiber module provides 1000Base-ZX throughput up to 160km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a wavelength of 1550nm via an LC connector.
The module is programmed and tested to be 100% identical to the original Cisco GLC-ZX-SM-160 transceiver in function and competent to work with Cisco Gigabit Ethernet switches, Ethernet routers, network interface cards (NICs), and SFP Media Converters.
