Description Of Cisco QSFP-100G-CWDM4-S Compatible Transceiver Module

This Cisco QSFP-100G-CWDM4-S compatible transceiver module converts 4 input channels of 25.78Gb/s electrical data to 4 channels of CWDM4 optical signals and then multiplexes them into a single channel for 100Gb/s optical transmission. Reversely on the receiver side, the module demultiplexes a 100Gb/s optical input into 4 channels of CWDM4 optical signals and then converts them to 4 output channels of electrical data. It provides a 2km link over dual strand single mode fiber for 100 Gigabit Ethernet applications.

This 100GBASE CWDM4 transceiver is compliant with IEEE 802.3ba, IEEE 802.3bm, 100G CWDM4 MSA, SFF-8665, SFF-8636 and ITU-T G.694.2 standards.

This 100GBASE CWDM4 optical transceiver is factory pre-programmed with all the necessary configuration data for seamless network integration and performs identically to genuine Cisco QSFP-100G-CWDM4-S transceivers, excellent interoperation with Cisco QSFP28 port optical transport devices.
