Description Of Cisco QSFP-100G-ZR4-S Compatible 100GBASE ZR4 Transceivers
The 100GBASE-ZR4 transceiver support 100Gbps speed and 80km link distance over single-mode fiber. It is suitable for fiber connectivity in data centers, high-performance computing networks, enterprise cores, distribution layers, and service provider applications.
This 100Gbase ZR4 transceiver consists of two sections: the high-performance EML cooled 4x25Gb/s LAN WDM TOSA (1295.56, 1300.05, 1304.58, 1309.14nm) laser transmitters and high sensitivity 4x25Gb/s SOA+PIN receivers. All transceiver is compliant with IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4 and IEEE 802.3bm CAUI-4 standard.
Each 100GBASE-ZR4 optical transceiver is factory pre-programmed with all the necessary configuration data for seamless network integration and performs identically to genuine Cisco QSFP-100G-ZR4-S transceivers, with excellent interoperation on Cisco QSFP28 port optical transport devices, such as Cisco Chelsio 100G switches/routers/firewalls/NICs.
