Description
The GIGAOPTO's GTS-L13G2-M2DC transceiver is a dual fiber 100Mbps Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) 100BASE-FX SGMII module for gigabit SFP ports applications, with built-in PHY device supporting SGMII interface (Serial Gigabit Media Independent Interface). The module supports dual data-rate of 155Mbps and 2km transmission distance with MMF.
The transceiver consists of four sections: the standard SFP part, the PHY part build with SGMII interface, the 1310nm FP laser and the PIN photo-detector.
This transceiver is built to be compliant with Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3 and the monitoring interface compliant with SFF-8472.
