Description
The GIGAOPTO's GTS-L1512-F0DC transceiver is a small form factor pluggable module that provides 1000BASE-ZX throghput up to 160km over single-mode fiber using a wavelength of 1550nm via an LC connector. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) is built in to allow access to real-time operating parameters. The transceiver consists of five sections: the LD driver, the limiting amplifier, the digital diagnostic monitor, the DFB laser and the APD photo-detector .The module data link up to 160km in 9/125um single mode fiber. The 1G SFP module is designed to be compliant with SFF-8472 SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA).
