Description
The GIGAOPTO's GT9-L1301-20Dx series single-mode transceivers are high-performance, cost-effective optical modules with a TTL data interface, designed for SONET/SDH equipment at a low data rate of 52 Mbps. It is industry-standard 1×9 SIP package style with a duplex SC, ST, and FC connector interface. The 1×9 transceiver supports up to 20km transmission distance over single mode fiber cable (SMF).
The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well FP laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A TTL logic interface simplifies interface to the external circuitry.
