Description
Gigaopto’s GTS-B239A-10DC is designed for 12G-SDI bidirectional transmission links reach up to 10km over a single mode fiber.
It is compliant with SMPTE 2082, SMPTE 424M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 259M, and DVB-ASI. It supports up to 11.8Gbps and is specifically designed to transmit the pathological patterns for HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, 6G-SDI, and 12G-SDI.
The transceiver includes three sections: a DFB laser, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance pre-amplifier (TIA) , Reclocker ,and a MCU controller. The transceiver is compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), It is with the SFP+ 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. Digital diagnostic functions are available via an I2C interface.
