Products Description of 3G-SDI CWDM SFP 1270nm~1610nm Transceiver Series
This 3G-SDI CWDM SFP Transceiver Module is designed to transmit/receive data rates from 50Mbps to 2.97Gbps and is specifically designed for robust performance in the presence of SDI pathological patterns for SMPTE259M, SMPTE 344M, SMPTE 292M and SMPTE 424M serial rates. The module is fully compliant with SMPTE 297M-2006.
It provides the maximum transmission distance of 20km over single-mode fiber at 2.97Gbps pathological signals. It is available for all 18 CWDM channels from 1271nm to 1611nm wavelengths, this helps the customer to increase the bandwidth of an existing video optical infrastructure without adding new fiber strands.
The transceiver consists of three sections: a DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.
The built-in digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) allows access to real-time operating parameters.
