Product overview

The motor is horizontal.
Cylindrical shaft extension, other forms of drawing (without key) are optional.
Plate welding base, optional box type base.
Adopt sliding bearing (end cover type or seat type), compound lubrication (or compound lubrication + high pressure oil top).
The slip ring is located outside the bearing at the non-shaft extension end, and there is an encoder installation position at the end of the rotating shaft. The slip ring cover is fixed to the end cover.
Viewed from the shaft extension end, the main junction box, the measuring junction box, and the heater wiring are located on the right side of the machine base (or the left side according to user requirements).
An air-water cooler with a cooling fan is installed on the top (or side) of the box-type frame.
With mounting bottom plate and anchor bolts, optional with mounting bottom plate and anchor bolts, the order contract needs special instructions.

TDMK(TM) series TDMK500-36/2600 10KV motor parameter description
(1) The rated parameters of the motor are continuous ratings based on the S1 working system;
(2) Rated voltage: common voltage levels are 600V, 690V, 1200V, 1650V, 3150V, 3300V, 6600V, 10000V;
(3) Rated frequency: 50Hz or 60Hz,
(4) Absolute green grade: F grade.
(5) Rated power factor: 0.9 (leading)
(6) The standard temperature measuring points of the motor are configured as:
1. Stator winding temperature measuring element pt100, 2 for each phase, 6 in total;
2. Bearing measuring and lifting element pt100, 1 front and rear bearing each,
(7) The rated voltage of the shutdown heater is 380V, 220V can be selected,
(8) The value of the ratio of the step-out torque to the rated torque at the rated voltage: 1.6
The value of the ratio of the stall torque to the rated torque at rated voltage: 0.6
The ratio of the pull-in torque to the rated torque at rated voltage: 0.6
The value of the ratio of the locked rotor current to the rated current at the rated voltage: 6.5.
