YK series large three-phase squirrel-cage high-speed asynchronous motors are suitable for driving water pumps, blowers and other mechanical equipment.
The working environment temperature of this series of motors is less than +40℃, the altitude is less than 1000 meters, and the relative temperature is less than 95%. The insulation grade is F grade, and when used as B grade, the allowable temperature rise of the motor is 80K, and the noise sound pressure measured at a distance of one meter from the motor is less than 90 decibels.
This series of motors has two shaft extension ends, and either end can be used to drive the supporting machinery. The motor bearings are insulated from the floor to prevent shaft currents.
The motor has a firm structure and is suitable for long-term continuous operation. Easy to use and maintain, the machine base adopts steel plate welded box structure, which can be made into the following four structural forms according to different needs:
1. Install the cooler in the foundation pit and connect it with the exhaust duct of the motor. The pit is sealed with the surrounding environment, which is called water cooling.
2. Install the cooler on the upper part of the motor, and form an independent closed cooling system inside the motor, which is called water cooling.
3. Install the cooler on both sides of the motor, and form an independent closed cooling system in the inner part of the motor to form side water cooling.
4. Open type, the motor can be connected to duct ventilation or natural ventilation.
This series of motors is suitable for driving machinery without special purpose, such as: water pump, blower.
