Designed specifically for blast blower applications, these high-performance AC asynchronous HV electric motors deliver reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
Product Overview
YK series high-speed high-voltage motors are large three-phase asynchronous motors engineered for exceptional performance. Operating in temperatures from 0°C to 40°C at altitudes up to 90%, these motors feature F-class insulation and VPI vacuum-impregnated windings for extended service life. With an allowable temperature rise of 80K, they maintain reliable performance across various operating conditions.
The motor design includes dual shaft extension ends, allowing either end to drive supporting machinery. An absolute current is generated between the bearing at one end of the motor and the base plate for optimal performance.
Available with enclosure protection grades including IP23, IP44, IP54, and IP55, these motors offer cooling methods such as IC01, IC611, and IC81W with IMB3 installation. Custom protection types, cooling methods, and installation configurations can be manufactured according to specific user requirements.
Specialized variants include wet tropical type, dry tropical type, outdoor type, outdoor anti-corrosion type, and outdoor wet tropical type configurations. These motors are ideal for driving various industrial machinery including compressors, pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, and transportation equipment.
