Structural features of Y series high voltage motors
Y series high-voltage motor adopts box-type structure, and the frame is welded by steel plate, which is light in weight and strong in hardness. Y series high-voltage motors are naturally ventilated and cooled, and a protective top cover is installed on the upper part of the base, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and facilitates the maintenance of the motor.
The stator winding is made of F-class heat-resistant insulating material, with reliable top binding, and the Y series high-voltage motor has good insulation performance and mechanical strength through vacuum pressure dipping.
The rotor of the Y series high voltage motor adopts a squirrel-cage structure with reliable cast aluminum or copper conductors. There are two types of bearings: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, which depend on the speed and power of the motor.
