In order to meet the market demand, our company has independently developed a three-phase asynchronous motor with variable frequency and speed regulation for low-voltage and high-power steel rolling. This series of motors has no slip rings and carbon brushes, and has strong adaptability to the environment. Adopting today's leading technology for design and manufacture, the appearance is compact and beautiful, easy to install and debug, easy to maintain, and safe and reliable to operate.
Structure and Features
●This series of motors can be used for steel rolling loads with frequency converters as driving power sources. It runs with constant torque below the base speed, and runs with constant power above the base speed.

●The stator coil is wound with high-performance flat copper wire specially for variable frequency speed regulation motor, which fully considers the adverse effect of the inverter power supply system on the insulation of the motor winding, and strengthens the ground insulation and inter-turn insulation of the winding. The insulation performance and moisture resistance, impact resistance and heat dissipation performance of the windings are increased.
●The rotor guide bar is made of high-quality red copper row intermediate frequency welding. The rotating shaft is made of high-quality 35CrMo alloy steel and has been heat-treated, with excellent mechanical properties and can withstand impact loads such as frequent overloading.
Motor overload capacity meets:
a. Continuous operation with 1.15 times the load within the rated voltage and rated speed range, or 150% short-term overload for 60S;
b. Occasionally use the overload multiple of 2.5 times (at the rated base speed), and the time does not exceed 15 seconds.
