TBVF series low-speed and high-torque permanent magnet direct drive motors are suitable for the underground environment of coal mines with methane explosive mixture and coal dust. The drive mode of asynchronous motor + reducer directly drives the drum of the belt conveyor and shortens the transmission chain.
The motor cooling method adopts water cooling method, which has low temperature rise and low loss. The reducer with high failure rate is cancelled, which improves the reliability of the system and reduces the maintenance cost.

Applicable environment
● Ambient temperature -5℃～40℃;
● The altitude does not exceed 1000m, and the atmospheric pressure of the mine is (0.08～0.11) Mpa;
● The relative humidity of the air is not more than 95% (at 25℃);
● In environments where there is a danger of gas and coal dust explosions;
● The pollution level is 3;
● Places without significant vibration and shock.
