The efficiency index of this series of products conforms to the Grade 1 standard of GB30253-2013 "Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades", reaching the international advanced level of similar products.
This series of products has the characteristics of high efficiency, high power factor and high reliability in the range of 20%-120% load. The efficiency is 6-20% higher than that of ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors, and it can achieve 8-30% energy saving. The temperature rise of the motor is low. Under the rated load, the temperature rise of the motor is 30-50K.
The voltage of this series of products is 6KV, three-phase, 50Hz; the rated frequency and rated voltage have self-starting ability, and are widely used in building materials, steel, metallurgy, water source treatment, electric power and other industries to drive various production machinery.
The basic series of this series of products is TYKK air-to-air cooling, the protection level is IP54, the F-class insulation, and the S1 working system. According to customer needs, products of other grades and other cooling methods can be provided.
Referring to GB/T4831-1984, "T" means "synchronization", "Y" means "permanent magnet", "KK" means cooling method (cooling method description: KK-air-air cooling, KS-air-water cooling, S-water cooling ).
