Product overview
T series motors are of horizontal structure. The cooling methods include open self-fan cooling, duct or semi-duct ventilation, and closed self-circulation ventilation. T series motors can be made into one end shaft extension, and also can be made into two end shaft extensions. The rotation direction is seen from the collector ring end as counterclockwise rotation. The rotation direction of the motor can be changed as required, but the fan blades of the motor should be changed accordingly.
Machine base: It is welded with steel plates to form an integral structure, and the machine base and bearing seat are respectively fixed on the bottom plate welded by steel plates.
Stator iron core: It is made of 0.5mm silicon steel punched sheets, and the stator iron core is fixed on the machine base with a tensioning screw.
Stator coil: The coil is a stacked winding with F-pole insulation and anti-corona measures. The ends of the coils are firmly tied and treated with the overall VPI vacuum dipping varnish.
Magnetic pole: The magnetic pole punching sheet made of thin steel plate is laminated, and the magnetic pole iron core is covered with magnetic pole coil. The entire pole is mounted on the yoke.
Magnetic pole coil: It is made of copper flat wire, and it is F-class insulation after insulation treatment.
Bearing: It is composed of cast iron bearing seat and bearing bush poured with bearing alloy. The lubrication method is oil ring self-lubrication or compound lubrication of external oil circuit system.
Brush and collector ring: The collector ring is an assembled structure. The brushes are installed in the constant pressure brush box, connected by the conductive plate, and the whole brush holder is fixed on the side of the bearing.
Excitation mode: The excitation system of this series of motors adopts thyristor excitation device. The excitation device can be provided by our company.
