*Storage: Pay attention to moisture, dust, oil, lubricating oil, as well as surface rust, or poor welding corrosion resistance.When water is immersed between the film and the steel substrate, the corrosion rate is faster than that without the film.Warehouse storage should be placed in a clean, dry and easy to open the air, to maintain the original packaging state, the stainless steel film should avoid direct light, film should be periodic inspection, if the film deterioration (film life of 6 months) should be replaced immediately, if the packing material when pad paper, in order to prevent surface corrosion should be
immediately removed pad paper.

Within 7 days after the customer receives the goods, can return or replace the goods and claim for compensation if there are quality problems. And the freight shall be borne by our company.
*Returns and exchanges are not acceptable undder the following circumstances:
1. Non-pruduct quality problems.
2. The product purchased cannot be used due to the customer's fault (please inform the purpose and other details of the product when you inquiring).
3. Product quality problems caused by natural disasters and other force majeure factors in transit.
4. Due to the customer transport, storage and other improper resulting in product quality problems.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
