Channel Letter Sign Backlit introduction

Channel letter sign backlit is one of the main type of illuminated 3D letters signs. The sign front face is made of metal cabinet or flat cut acrylic with a color coating in certain pantone code. Back side is useing a 12-20mm acrylic engraved embeded into the cabinet. The acrylic are choosing from sand blast acrylics to help spread lights evenly.

The Led lights for Illuminated sign letters we use normally led strips or led modules which has passed CE, ROHS, UL, which could make sure our led letters maxiumly reduce any maintinence during working. Our led light warranty are 3+ years. and other parts are 5 years more. The power supplies we use are meanwell brand which is world class brand that could provide stable working of lights. All in all, our led letters are nice looking and tough to use.

How long time i can receive my sign ?

Usually we need 5- 7 days to produce a set of sign. Internal express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT / EMS) will take 3 - 7 days to different countries.

Do you offer free sample for test first?

We need to charge for sample cost, but it can be refundable if you purchase quantity which are large enough.

How to install the sign ?

• If the sign without LED

Use silicon sealant to attach the sign to wall or screw on wall.

• If the sign with LED

Need to make holes for wire connecting from backside, then use silicon sealant to attach the sign to install board is okay.
