Introduction

3D Metal Letter Sign Mounting Steps

1. Attach the 1:1 mounting template onto wall or any areas you want install the sign.

2. Find the drill holes on the template, drill 4mm dia holes in according depth. 

3. Fill the holes with a little bit silicone glues to strength the screws will is about to push into it.

4. Mount each screws on the backside of the letter and signs.

5. Push the screws of each letter and sign into the holes where you have drilled previously; 

6.  Keep it from touches within 24 hours

A fabricated 3D letter sign metal logo is FLUSH-MOUNTED to a surface with front "access" to a FASTENING DEVICE. But most other led illuminated sign letters and logos are mounted with a very slight stand-off from a mounting surface. This is accomplished with a BLIND MOUNT that hides the fastening hardware. Blind-mount is a specification used where a letter installation "does not have front access" to fasten a letter to a surface. Any letter which requires a stud-mount is usually a blind-mount installation such as a formed plastic letter, flat cut letter, led illuminated sign letters, halo-lit letters etc.
